Welcome to Acupuncture London Central. By booking an appointment or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting our reception team. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation before your treatment begins.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation depending on acupuncturist availability. Full fees apply for missed time due to lateness.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment. We accept card payments and other secure digital payment methods. We do not accept cash unless agreed in advance.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect their treatment. This is particularly important for acupuncture as certain conditions require modified treatment approaches.
By attending a session, you confirm that you have provided accurate health information and consent to acupuncture treatment based on the practitioner's professional assessment following traditional Chinese medicine principles.
Please inform us if you have a fear of needles, bleeding disorders, are taking blood-thinning medication, have a pacemaker, or any metal allergies before treatment begins.
While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred acupuncturist, availability cannot be guaranteed. All acupuncturists are fully qualified, registered practitioners experienced in traditional Chinese medicine and committed to providing high-quality care in line with clinic standards.
Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile, single-use needles into specific points on the body. Some clients may experience mild discomfort, tingling, or temporary marks at needle sites. These are normal responses to treatment.
While many clients experience positive results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as individual responses to acupuncture vary.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour. Any verbal or physical misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities.
While our acupuncturists take every precaution to ensure safe and appropriate treatment using sterile equipment and proper techniques, Acupuncture London Central is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction that may occur as a result of treatment, unless caused by proven negligence.
All needles used are sterile, single-use, and disposed of safely in accordance with clinical waste regulations.
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR and healthcare data protection regulations. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Pregnant clients must inform us of their pregnancy status before treatment. Certain acupuncture points are avoided during pregnancy, and treatment approaches may be modified for safety.
Clients with serious medical conditions should consult their GP before beginning acupuncture treatment.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest terms.
If you have any questions regarding our terms or about acupuncture treatment, please contact us before booking your session. Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities.
